Production runs for Series 80 O1091 Stainless Steel, Brushed versus Bright

Hey folks. New potential 1911 purchaser here. I would like to get a 1991 Series 80 Stainless Steel with Brushed (or matte finish) versus the Bright Stainless Steel.

First, are they all model O1091?

How can I delineate between the two stainless steel finishes?

    o year made
    o serial number
    o model number suffix
    o roll mark

    Thanks!

As far as I know, the bright stainless pistols were all Custom Shop models.
