I just want to say a big "thank you" to Insight Tech Gear (http://www.insighttechgear.com) for their excellent customer service.
Some years ago, I had purchased one of their HX-200 flashlights (http://www.insighttechgear.com/products-hx200.htm). The twins managed to break the glass in the front of the light, so for the last couple of years, I had it on a shelf collecting dust. Until one day, about two weeks ago, I noticed it and decided to check Insight web site, to see if the light was still in production and if they had a customer support link or something. They did and my email to them was answered in one day. The person who handled the issue, told me that she could ship me the bezel with the glass to replace the broken piece on my light. The bezel was shipped to my PO Box in US and it is already on its way to me in Greece.
