    Surfire/ Gerber Holder

    Hi All

    I've been doing a LOT of shopping around and I cannot find a belt holder for my two most carried items:

    * Surefire G2
    * Gerber (Diesel/600 Series)

    Wondering if there is anyone here who carries these two items on their belt in a single holder (side by side) and what they use that works well. Right now I'm using an ugly velcro flap "tool pouch" that's falling apart. Material is not too much of a concern, so long as it can secure these items well.

    Any suggestions and feedback is much anticipated! Thanks!

    I'm not familiar with the Gerber product, but there are a bunch of companies making holders for the Surefire G2.

    Raven Concealment may make something you can put together with their Eclipes attachments.

    They can make custom items, but I don't see the Gerber product among their standard sheiths.

    Those are the kydex makers I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure there are others and there are no doubt leather makers also.

    there's plenty out there for a flashlight and a spare magazine, but the knife's a different deal.
    I've tried it and they don't secure the knife well. too many shapes to take into account.

    I think your only option is a double mag pouch made of nylon from someone like Uncle Mikes or Bianchi.
    they're cheap enough to replace periodically.

    5.11 Double Mag Pouch

    JTQ - Thanks for reply and all the links!

    Deadman - Thanks for the reply!

    So yesterday I went to a local "Cop Supply" and the guy behind the counter showed me a Double Pistol Mag Pouch by 5.11. I checked out all there stock of flashlight/mag holders which worked well for the flashlight, but not so well for the gerber. For $12.99, I went ahead and busted out some plastic.

    Check it out:

    The 5.11 Double Mag Pouch works pretty well. I've tried similar pouches but the velcro strap is usually too short for the flashlight. The 5.11 has plenty of strap to accomodate.

    Here's what I'm replacing:

    Yeah, it's ready for retirement. For $5 @ Home Depot, it lasted a good 5 years! If Home Depot still sold these, I'd buy another, but I can't find them anymore. Oh well, not only does the 5.11 work well, it looks cool too!

    Thanks for checking out my thread and I'm still open to any suggestions that would work well... black leather would be nice to match my soon-to-be new Mernickle holster!

    Thanks again.
