    Bought this today and the test fire casing was dated 3/5/2013. I have not shot it yet. I plan to on saturday.

    Grips are from a local gun shop. They make them with CNC and also make rifle stocks.

    Last month I found one of the new 9mm Commanders and it went home with me. It is my second AC, my first is the Government Model 45ACP in post #42.

    This is my surprise 1911 made in the Philippines, Manila. It works as well as any fine 1911 I've ever had. In fact, it excels over Springfield as well as many Colts (true Colts) I've had in the past.

    It is my inexpensive 1911 Pearl of Little Price.
