An update of mine. Wilson, Ed Brown and Caspian S/S parts. Cheap Ebay grips from a guy in Costa Rica. Going to order some black duracoat and redo slide and frame because I dont care for the factory finish.

    Here's mine

My Citadel compact. Living in the South, and shooting a couple of days a week, the wood grips look nice, but aren't practical. Found the rubber grips on Ebay for $14.95, and they've made all the difference in the world. My youngest son has a compact as well, set up the same way. We shoot Independence brand (CCI) 230 gr FMJ with no problems using the ACT-MAG's that come with the weapon. Bought them at Academy Sports for under $500.

My Citadel, a good customizing platform

    I hope this works:

    And then this:

If it works you will see a citadel that is in the process of upgrading, so far a wilson 203 recoil spring and two piece rod set and a kimber barrel lug. I also tightened and polished the slide and polished the ramp. the grips were given to me by a fellow who said his wife said they had to go!! (appearently she was not fond of them).

    More to come!
