Walt,
On the product number O1991Z, there was no specific model, Colt basically used it as an "umbrella" term. It could have been something as small as just having a different trigger, I had a stock M1991A1 with the exception of having a factory installed Videcki trigger and it was labeled O1991Z.

Thanks; I have become aware of Colt's use of O1991Z as a catchall; the next time I go through the list I'll figure out how to relist "O1991Z." The number is used in the latest ('08/'09) catalogs for something called the "Model O Custom Package." That package is detailed out as consisting of Novak rear sight, dovetail front sight, upswept grip safety and dehorning. However, I have seen the number used for other custom pistols, e.g., the Talo "Tiger." Your pistol is another example.Originally Posted by OD*

Thank you Walt, I wasn't aware that Colt started using O1991Z in the '08/'09 catalogs.
