Great report. The pics are excellent and show good detail.
The hardest part of testing those is probably having to let go of them when it's over.
    Thanks for a good report.

Hunter and I are fortunate in that we occasionally talk on the phone, compare notes, and "pick" each other's brains about whichever project we're working on at the time.

I was anxious for him to receive the Wilson Combat Hunter pistols, to not only get his perceptions of Wilson's work, but to have the opportunity to express those opinions in his gun tests/reviews.

Speaking for myself, the Wilson Combat Sentinel Compact pistol was one of the best guns I've ever had the opportunity to shoot, much less review and evaluate. My phone talks with Hunter confirmed that he found the same quality in his test pistols as I found in mine.

Thank you for a very good review, with excellent pictures, my friend

(And Lynnie is quite correct.........sometimes it is exceedingly difficult to send a test pistol home. )

Thank you all for the kind words.
Yes the pistols are very nice. I am going to take them out once more before I talk to Duane about sending them back.
Duane has been great to work with and very accommodating.

You just can't "send back" a Wilson inscribed with "your name"!!!111

Well, I guess you can, but it would be a sad day in my household.

    Great writeup.

    Thumbs up Hunter!

Another excellant article! One day I expect to be reading your reviews in major guns magazines. The bound kind, you are already noted for your online writings.

Thanks so much yall. I don't want to send them back but buying 2 Wilson Combat pistols this close to the end of the may not be in my budget.
I will have to see, they are really nice pistols.

Rich my friend I hope you are right but if not I have had a great time nonetheless.

    Very nice review and pictures.

How is the recoil of the 460 compared to a 44 magnum, if you shoot those at all?
