    Checkmate Mag order

I mailed an order w/ payment on Jan. 28th with a letter stating "If mags are not immediately available, please retain these funds until such time as they are available". The order was returned with a letter referencing U.S. regs. regarding back orders.
I've probably answered my own question, but was it that I failed to include a note about not requiring follow up notification for delays that led to my order being returned? If so, then all that is needed is a statement waiving the notice requirement, re-submission of the order, and then we're good to go?
As soon as I hear back, I get the order back in the mail.
    Sorry for the hassle.

A note saying that you do not want to be notified if the mags are in back-order is essential. Federal Law requires that a vendor has to send such a notice, if your order can not be shipped within 30 days. We are not equipped to handle such notices, so it is imperative for you to include such a waiver with your order. Otherwise your order will be returned.

Well I think I am just going to pick up a WC from my local shop for now...

But you can sign me up for AT LEAST two 7-rounders and pads, I just would prefer to have my cash for now. But whenever you are getting near the point to where you are on the last stretch of orders, let me know and I will definitely (for sure, promise) get 2+ mags from you

For what it is worth, my seven eight rounders all worked fine, about 200 rounds through my 1911, and another fifty through my partner's. It was raining too, but we shot anyway. Raincoat time, and my knees got muddy. A great time all around. We had plenty of ammo, but forgot the camera.

Only issues were once when I failed to seat a mag, and another when I topped off the mag - and then put it in my pocket instead of back into the pistol.

    I'll order more magazines.

Sorry, this won't be done. If and when we order new mags, it will be only for those orders we have received. With payment. Can't be done in any other way.

Just to be sure, these are the mags used in the Auto Ordinance review in the E-zine, correct?

    Question Wondering

Does anyone know if the CM45-7-S-H will fit my Springfield Ultra Compact 45 ACP? I can't find out for sure and I know that may things don't fit the smaller 1911's.

    Thanks!
