but in the sense of muscle memory, and automatic response.

muscle memory is a wonderful thing. My older brother had an interesting way of teaching gun safety, everytime I did something unsafe he wacked me up side the head. I never made the same mistake twice and it's how I learned to keep my finger out of the trigger guard until I was pointed at the target. It's also why I check any firearm to make sure it's empty if it hasn't been handed to me in such a way that I can't see the chamber.
some people just need a high five...in the face...with a chair.

    I don't care

Here in Az. businesses that restrict concealed weapons [and notice your weapon] have to ask you to leave, and [only] if you refuse are you subject to a misdemeanor charge, so I don't care if there is a sign that prohibits loaded weapons as I will leave if asked. I carry concealed with condition one and the only places I do not [carry] are the govt. buildings, schools, post offices, etc. that are specifically illegal and outlined in the state laws, and those [businesses] that [might] notice I'm carrying can "drink toilet water"; I'll leave and never return again.
