    Customer service

My name is Mark Ziegenbein and I am the senior pistol smith working for Chuck Larson at Rock River Arms. Many of you know and have spoken with me at Camp Perry, the annual NRA show, Shot Show, and here on this forum.

I would like to help all of you that have either technical questions or customer service concerns. Some of you have posted recently that getting information from our office staff can be difficult and we are working on correcting this. This problem exists largely due to the fact that the technical end of the pistols takes much longer to learn than the rifles. If the office people don't have an answer for you they must ask Chuck or myself. Chuck is extremely busy and I have limited time to answer calls at work. Any time I spend on the phone pulls me off the bench and that slows down production. So it becomes a balancing act with the limited number of hours in a work day.

Although I don't post a lot, I do check this forum and my email on a daily basis. It may take me a day or two to respond but I will respond. I do this on my own time in the morning, evening and on the weekends. Chuck compensates me very well and I do not consider this a burden.

If you have a technical question for me please post it publicly so that others may learn. If you have a customer service concern contact me at my email below, but please, at least give me a chance to help you before complaining publicly.

Looking forward to helping you all in any way I can.

    Mark Z.
