Unfortunately, we don't know that physical nature of the issue. My immediate thought was that hammer follow could be fixed as simply as increasing tension on the sear spring. BUT -- if the root cause is a full-cock notch on the hammer that's too shallow, or cut at an incorrect angle, a proper repair might require replacement of the hammer and/or sear. As tempting as it might be to try to fix it at home, if the manufacturer is paying the shipping, IMHO it's far wiser to send it in and let them deal with it.
