Can someone tell me the factory installed recoil spring in lbs. for a CD Field Grade 45 acp with 5" barrel.
Old Timer
it should be 16 lbs.
Factory springs such as most Colts are on the light side and measure 14 lbs.
Get yourself a Known quality spring such as Wolff
