Why no love for Triple K magazines?

    Especially 1911 mags ?
They receive alot of negative comments on different forums. But they claim to have been making magazines since 1963 and are the largest aftermarket manufacturer in the world.
It's hard to imagine being that old and that big and not be doing something right.

I've never heard of Triple K magazines. But then there are lots of things I've never heard of.

Order some, shoot them and let us know what you think of them.

It may be hard to imagine, but the fact is they make horrible magazines. At least -- for 1911s. To just say "They're terrible" sums it up fairly succinctly.

TripleK sells replacement magazines for many obsolete firearms; often times the only source.

TripleK sells 1911 magazines with too large witness holes misplaced too high on the magazine body. These sometimes have fake Colt 45 AUTO or MFR 30745 stamps. Not many users report good experiences with these.

At one time TripleK sourced their production from Mexico; now likely also from the Far East.

I have had mixed results with TrippleK mags, overall have not been impressed with them.
