    Tisas 1911A1 U.S. Army

Picked this one up so I would have a legal pistol for Wild Bunch Cowboy Action Shooting that has been a bucket list item for almost 2 decades now. So far with around 500 rounds through it, I have only had one failure to fully return to battery, it was due to out of spec ammo manufactured by me. It is very accurate given the sights and my eyes, and other than suffering hammer bite, I love it, so much in fact that I am considering picking up their Pre Production model that doesn't have the bevel on the mag well or the lowered ejection port. For sub $500 delivered, I am very pleased.

I have broke down and ordered a slightly bobbed retro hammer for it, I can't seem to not get bit, keeps me from smiling too big!
