    Remington Rand #15541XX question...

I inherited this pistol from my dad. Not sure where or when he bought it. It's a bit rough but definitely refinished and usable. Anyway, the slide is marked Remington Rand, the frame has an appropriate FJA stamp on the left side and the serial number range and font are correct best I can tell. That being said, on the left side, under the slide stop it's marked HINGLONG and the line below is NAPA, CA. Is this some type of reimport mark or something else? Any info is appreciated.

Importer mark. At one time I had a link to firearms importers that listed this firm but the link no longer works.
