Current temperature 13 degrees (F). Sun cracked the horizon 20 minutes ago. Vehicle loaded. Fresh coffee made. I'm off to the range....

Starting temperature at the range was 18 degrees (F) and 2 hours later was 26. I had the entire range to myself. Too cold for everyone else I guess.

The Citadel did well. At least as good as I can shoot. The only complaint I have is the trigger reset. It is very pronounced. Until I became cognizant of it I had a few trigger pulls that were no fires. Once I learned the trigger better I was able to relax my trigger finger a bit more after each shot, allowing the trigger to reset.

I have pictures but I have reached the 10mb limit on attachments and haven't figured out how to delete old pictures to make room for new ones.

I like "nice" guns but there's just something about a "cheap" gun. I've a few and for some reason, I really love them.
You may be the toughest kid on the block, but you'll never win a fight with an automobile.

I so agree! I've lusted after an expensive 1911 for quite some time now. But instead I just keep buying more less expensive ones. I think I'd be skeert to sport a WC or EB around town...

"APINTL" is Armscor Precision, International *the makers of the Rock Island brand). Armscor also maks guns for several other [virtual] brands, one of them being Citadel. Armscor's U.S. headquarters is in Pahrump, NV.
