    CMP Colt frame Reminton Rand slide

    The frame has LEAD engraved by hand. From the web I found some Garands had similar marking indicating Letterkenny Army Depot refurbished. Can anyone shed light on this?

    LEAD does indicate rebuild at Letterkenny.
