Thinking about buying my THIRD Colt 1911

I'm waiting on an inheritance, and also on the new stimulus funds. I could use them for practical stuff - but - I am starting to think about getting another Colt. I was at a local gun store last Monday, and the owner told me he's getting a few Colts in soon. I jumped on Gunbroker tonight, and saw some beautiful photos of the WWI commemorative 1911. I think I'm in love. The finish on those is gorgeous! I already have a Colt MK IV Series 70 in both blue and in stainless, so a different flavor seem to be the thing. I've also thought about Commanders.

Well, first I need the money. Any suggestions? My pistols are all shooters. I don't get to the range much, but none are what I would consider "safe queens." Of course it might be hard to shoot a WWI replica. Just too purdy.

We are definitely at a moment in time that if the desire coincides with opportunity then action must be taken.

Atticus, you can never be too thin, or have too many 1911s...right? I think that's the saying. Or, it should be.
