I understand the geometry of the extractor and will follow the information I received to achieve that, I have Wilson extractor, still in the package that will be my next target.
I've measured the hook to breach distance, using drill bits and find that a #48 drill just slides in, that's 0.076", I believe that's OK.
I'm not sure how to measure the deflection, I'll now research that.
I'm using the Weigand tension gages, my own version of the Weigand tool and my trigger pull scale, so I should be able to get that set correctly.
For the record, once I attack the new Wilson extractor, that'll be my 4th!
My search will begin with the pages of information Steve from Allentown sent me, lot's of good stuff there.
Wow, just started to dig through Steve's instructions.
Looks like I'll be studying this stuff for a while before I brake out the files!
