Old Timer
I have the Carry 9.
Different part number based on your post.
I was going to say it functioned fine but I found some unusual wear which concerns me, will have a smith look it over.
The take down lever is beveling the edge of the hole.
The rear sights will drift easily.

I shot my 5” Les Baer TRS & one of my 5” Wilson Combat 1911’s when I patterned the Slim Hawg. My big pistols shot center. The Slim Hawg had a nice group 2” or 3” to the left. Consistently. The Slim Hawg has a tiny grip but a nice beaver tail grip safety & it’s rather comfortable.
