The Stars work. Almost bought a 9mm PD last month. Triggers are not great and mags are expensive.
The PS has a magazine safety, me thinks.

I have a beautiful model P It accompanies my WWi & II pistols in a drawer in my safe. The pistol is approximately the same size, weight and grip angle as a GI. Mine is a great shooter, well made with a high polish blue and even if in the $500-600 range you get a great shooter for a lot less than a 1911. Downside, Original magazines are often $100+ aftermarket either work or they don’t (often don’t).

    I like the Star pistols.
The model P and the Ballister Molina are very much alike.
