    Jim,

Doesn't appear to have anything like a spacer. But it suspiciously looks like the 22 TCM / 9mm / 38 Super magazine on Armscor's website. On Greg Cote's website, I see the same thing and indeed, it is made by Metalform. mag top.jpgmetalform 22 TCM.JPG

Yes, Metalform .38 Super magazine. The ones with THAT follower are really pretty good 9mm magazines. Other Super magazines don't work as well with 9mm. I don't see why, seems that only the bottom round is affected by the follower. They would't sell me any of those followers to rework my early 10x9mm magazines.

Having several 1911's in 9mm, I can attest to the quality of Mec-Gar mags..
they work flawlessly in the 9mm 1911's i have :
,2 Cmdr sized : a Metro Arms American Classic & a Dan Wesson Guardian,
    & 2 full sized..a Springfield Loaded target & a RIA GI model.

Mec Gar is an Italian co., that makes factory mags for many US & European manufacturers..

should add that I have some Metalform mags..seller gave them to me when I bought my Springfield.
They work well too, but I like the Mec-Gar better..nickle plated.. Shiny !
