Thread: Who here conceal carry's a 5" barrel 1911 every day?

    I have carried full size in the past. Currently carrying Concealed Carry Officer (CCO). The most comfortable holster I have found is Milt Sparks Versa Max II. There are similar holsters on the market, but this has the best features in my opinion. Snapped leather loops-a must. I have seen holsters with the metal clips as shown in an earlier post fail. Holster slips out of pants during normal activity and have seen folks draw the pistol with the holster still attached during training and competition with similar. Everybody is built differently, that's the one that works for me. If ordered from Milt there is a long wait. They can be found used on internet sales sites.
