    Nighthawk's drop-in fire control module.

    I saw in the 2020 Shot Show.

    Question...what does it do??????

    It's supposed to provide a 3-3/4 pound trigger with no creep in any 1911, even if the sear and hammer pin hole locations are slightly out-of-spec. For the price, I'll stick to doing the "Poor Man's Trigger Job," as outlined in the tech articles on our home page site.

    drop-in fire control module

    Thanks all, now I know.

    It may be good for someone else, but I'll stick to my Nighthawks as set by the factory.

    The pull on mine are set to 3.5 lbs..

    If the drop-in fire control module were called something else, I probably would have recognized it.
