I'm another who found the "claw" on the holster to be too high, causing it to ride up and over the belt, in one case where I was up and down all day, my holster and gun actually fell off me. It's a nice holster, I have two, and the one I use with my officer model stays down better. But the one I have my little SigP365 in rides up much easier. If 1791 would move the claw down to the bottom of the belt, it would be much better.
We just received an e-mail from 1791 Gunleather announcing a new, all leather belt scabbard holster for Commander size 1911s with reflex sights and/or with light rails. We have not seen this one "up close and personal" (as ABC Sports used to say. All we know is what's on their web site.
