I have a new black US Army holster. What is good to soften leather? I am afraid it might scuff the bluing. All suggestions are accepted. Its brand new never been used. Silicone maybe?

Some use Armor All, Leather Lightning, or similar to "slick up" the inside of a holster. Probably won't completely eliminate blue wear but might slow it down.
