I have a Roth Sauer pistol manufactured in the first decade of the 20th century. It is a .32 cal semi-auto manufactured by JP Sauers & Sohn and patented by Roth. Very few were built, approx. 3000 or less. There were three s/n groups, each beginning with a letter prefix. ( A, B, or C) Mine is in the "C" prefix group, s/n C23x.
My problem is that there is very little printed data on this pistol. I'm trying to locate any historical or technical information concerning this small, neat pistol that is very complex, mechanically. I have searched the internet and have found little.
I am soliciting your help in hopes of corresponding with those that may know the guns internals and how it functions, no matter how small or large the bits & pieces are.
Thank you.
Frank
