Hoping one of the more knowledgeable can assist with getting a handle on the year this booket appeared - Also if it shipped with the early "Commercial" Govt. Models. Described as "COLT INSTRUCTIONS, 45 CALIBER GOVERNMENT MODEL, 4 1/4" X 8 1/2" CARDBOARD COVERS, INSIDE 8" X 8 1/4", 8 PAGES. ILLUSTRATED, FORM M-50-R"

Ideally I am hoping for early teens to go with my 1914 pistol. Images borrowed from Sam Lisker's Colt Autos website.

I'll look through some of my reference books, but most of mine are military.

I didn't find anything in my books. The Book of Colt Paper by John Ogle might be some help but I don't own this book.
