    NYC Lawsuit

Three individual plaintiffs and the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association have sued New York City over its overly-restrictive gun laws. They lost at two lower levels, but the case has been accepted by the Supreme Court and is scheduled to argued this Fall. Now NYC seems to fear that they may lose at the Supreme Court, so they are considering revising the law in hopes of making the case moot.

I sure hope it is a win for the 2nd Amendment in NY! That can only help with cases we have pending here in NJ. Suffice it to say that our present Governor here in NJ is no friend of gun owners!
