    Rock Island M1911A1 full size

    M1911A1 in .45 ACP
Bought one used from my nephew's buddy. The kid decided he needed $300 more than he needed the firearm.
I put some pearly USAF grips on it.
I needed another handgun like I needed another hole in my head.
I am happy with it, just wish it had better sights on it.

At that price it's hard to go wrong. Do you have a picture or two to share with the rest of us?

I have to figure out how to post pictures here. Ever since Photobucket "pooped" on everyone, I haven"t posted any pics unless the website has built-in provision for doing so.
