Need Help Identifying a 1926 Commercial model

I recently picked up a 1926 commercial model. The serial number lookup states that it is a GOVERNMENT MODEL AND 1ST MODEL NATIONAL MATCH. Outside of the sights and the barrel, is there anything else that looks like it has been replaced? Is there anything on the gun that would verify it being a national match model? I would really like to return it to the original condition so any information would be appreciated. Thanks for help!

National Match Colts are so marked on the right side of the slide. They were numbered in the same series as Gov't Models so the lookup cannot distinguish them. You have a Government Model, not National Match.

I am sure a good gunsmith could replace or alter the tall sights to look period.
A 1926 barrel will be scarce and expensive. I don't know where to start.

Thank you for the help! I've had a hard time locating a barrel but the sights should be an easy fix.

Either Sarco or Numrich should have a more appropriate rear sight, and possibly a matching front sight. The question is whether whoever installed that front sight modified the mortise that the front sight stem fits into.
