    Full frame

I recently acquired a CZ97B. One of the many features I like about the 97 is the full length frame. There are a few places which offer 80% full length frames.

My Christmas 2019 Wish List for RIA. How about a gun in .45 ACP with full length frame/dust cover albeit without the rail.

RIA makes one like that with a rail, but I don’t think they have one with a full length dust cover without a rail.

That is correct Rick. I'm just not into the rail thing.

Maybe after I grow a tacticool beard, buy tacticool sunglasses and start wearing a ballcap 24/7 my outlook may change.

My XDm of course has a rail but I avoid them where possible. All three of my Jerichos are "rail free"

I don’t care for rails on 1911’s myself. On a poly-pistol, who cares, as they don’t have a soul like a 1911 does.

That said, my first RIA 1911 has a rail. It’s a pistol that I reviewed for our forum, and when it came time to return it, I decided to buy it. Other than the rail; it was a very good pistol, and when it gets down to it; I’ll take “Good” over “looks good” anyday.

I am going to look into some better sights for my FS 45. I'm just about finished with school at age 59 and will be looking for arts & crafts to do! Maybe grow me a tacticool beard, too! LMAO
