The article goes into the content of the dissenting opinion more than the actual decision, with good reason. The decision is fundamentally flawed (as discussed in the dissent). That said, I'm not even happy with the dissent, for the reason that he says the "core right" of the 2nd Amendment is self defense in the home. The words "in the home" do not appear in the 2nd Amendment. In fact, neither do the words "self defense." We face a tough battle when even the judges who are on our side can't read a simple paragraph consisting of one sentence and get it right.
