Can you post a photo, please? As far as I know, USGI pistols only had two trigger lengths.

I checked the webpage ad they are only listing one length, standard. I'll dig out some of my older catalogs and see if I can find a reference. It was several years ago that I bought mine.

As far as I know, the original M1911 had what might be considered a "long" trigger, and the M1911A1 had a much shorter, "short" trigger. I know many aftermarket makers offer short, medium, and long triggers, but I don't think those descriptions rightly apply to USGI triggers.

Most of the current base models of somewhat GI configuration have an intermediate length trigger, neither 1911 nor 1911A1 size.
People talk about serration placement and stuff, but the trigger length is what jumps out at me on a "clone."

GI triggers were knurled, not serrated, and I don't know of any aftermarket source with a properly contoured, knurled trigger face. The serrated triggers are cheese graters. I have to work them over with a file and emery cloth before I can use them, to reduce the damage to my trigger finger.
