My personal practice is to never buy mags on eBay or at gun shows. It's just too easy to get junk.

On the other hand, buying known brand name mags from known suppliers is so easy, there is no reason not to buy known mags from known retailers.
I guess I should have mentioned that I bought these for my home-built 9mm range toy and not a carry gun. Also, they are Checkmate mags and performed flawlessly when I aired them out last week at the range. They just have an extra indicator hole(not sure if that's the correct term) when loaded with 9 rounds.

In that order. And the occasional Klonimus.

For the Officers Frame I've got Kimber Baseline 7-Round (Comes with CMF Follower), Wilson 47OXC 7-Round and 47DOX 8-Round (Basically the Full-Size Mag with different metal bump pad) and all work fine in my Kimber Compact.
