    Trouble Reaching DW Customer Support

    Friends,

I purchased a new Guardian 9 mm a few weeks ago, and the handgun is shooting much too high. At 20 yards it is 7” high with me shooting off sandbags. To check myself, I was also shooting my CZ 75 B 9mm with the same ammo, distance, and conditions, and it was spot on.

Anyway, I wanted to try and contact DW first, before even mentioning it to anyone, but the DW phone number in my owner’s manual must not be correct. Can anyone give me a good phone number for their customer support department?
    Thanks

Thanks. That’s the number I tried several times. It went directly to support voicemail (after pressing 5), and the recorder never would let me leave a message. I’ll try again tomorrow.

I got in touch with customer support by email. Requested a call, and received one the next day. Spoke with gunsmith who asked me to return the slide to them for front sight exchange. Received slide back from them with new front sight installed a couple of days ago (8/5/18). Hope to get to the range over the next fews days and recheck poa vs poi at twenty yards with new front sight. Thanks

Friends, I am just super impressed with this new Guardian. This may be my favorite handgun of all time. A true pleasure to shoot.

DW is the best kept secret in production 1911s (not custom). Excellent guns!
