Hawkmoon
On a good day, can hit the broad side of a barn ... from the inside
Another state which has no respect for its people?
Hawkmoon is correct. The nerwly elected Governor Phil Murphy is proudly progerssive and anti gun. he signed approximatley six anti gun bills into law here. Some aer redundant of gun laws alerady in place. problem here in NJ is the democrats outnumber the republicans in most counties. The legislators have dems in the majority, sadly they don't care about people's rights here. I don't know if anyone on 1911 forums had heard about teh shooting in trenton recently which at an outdoor festival which is held yearly. There was gunshots, one dede who was released from priosn and tow others also convicted felons. Moms Demand Action had a table at this festival when the shooting started, sadly these groups don't care or fail to realize, ignore that whay they propose will have no effect on criminals, same for the recent gun laws passed here in NJ. This state touts having some of the toughest gun laws in the country, true but they are against the law abiidng people. 15 round mags are now considered illegal and a steep fine and prison if charged and convicted also have to register the mags, a joke. The other laws aer a joke too.
John you are correct in your post here. I don't know when it will change for the better.
