Congrats on the LB. I prefer my guns without the front serrations. A helpful hint when turning the bushing is to pull the slide back just a bit, just enough to break the barrel/bushing snug fit and then turn the bushing. The bushing is fit quite snug in most and doing this is better for the bushing and makes it much easier to turn. Use the barrel as a small slide hammer to knock the bushing out of the slide.
Best wishes with the new LB.

Got it broken in, 520 rounds in one stop at the range. (I was determined to get it done).

I had two issues with mine, the thumb safety could not be engaged without using both thumbs and I had several failure to feed/eject (7, I believe)

The solutions. The thumb safety, I replaced the plunger assembly with a Wilson setup purchased from Brownells, works perfect now. I will tell you though the finish has already worn off where the plunger engages the thumb safety but I will just keep a little oil on it.

The failure to feed/eject was solved by a very slide adjustment to the extractor.

Great pistol, I love the blueing, already showing a little wear due to carrying in a leather holster.

No front serrations on the pistol give it a classier look in my opinion.

The pistol feels like its built like a tank and the slide, glides on the frame like butter. Not a safe queen but one that will get used.

After I got it cleaned up I put on some nice grips.
