    That is a sharp looking pistol. It almost looks to good to use, you better send it to me so you do not scratch it.

    Hard to find a better pistol!

    Did you order this as a "custom?" More variations with these pistols than I expected. Mine is full size and has serrations rather than chain link on the slide and the markings are on opposite sides.

    A 3-day weekend with Scott Reitz convinced me of the value of a frame safety on both sides -- he had us shooting weak hand (left for the righties) and non dominant eye for much of the time.

    Shoot safe.
    Originality can't be restored, so put "originality" at the top of a priority list. If JMB didn't put it on the 1911 you don't need it.
