Well if you throw out 8 and 10 I got 8 right.
If you left in 8 and 10 I would have 8 right and 2 wrong.
Since I have just 8 right is it OK to say I got them all?

Well if you throw out 8 and 10 I got 8 right.

No.

Once you catch onto the trick, the other nine all make sense. Number 8 very clearly has two answers, either of which could be correct depending on how you parse the grammar. A question with two corect answers is invalid unless the test-giver accepts either answer as correct.

So if you don't like throwing out number 8, then I'll just score myself 9 out of 10.

I would go with the answer to #8 as "The same as it is now." Ha! Ha!
