    Nighthawk Talon II worth it?

I have a chance to buy a used Nighthawk Talon II, the owner is wanting $2,000.00. Not sure of round count, pistol is in good condition. Good price? Your experience with the pistol? Going to be used a daily carry but not sure if I just want to stick with my Lightweight 1911s for that.

If it's in any sort of decent shape, that's an excellent price. If possible, have an experienced gunsmith go over it before you commit, or see if the owner will grant you a grace/buy-back period if it's impossible to do in advance.

    Best, Jon

$2000 is a very fair price for one in really good condition -- I carry mine often and have no intention of selling mine anytime soon.

if it is in good condition, then the price is excellent. Go for it, if it passes your evaluation.
