As fas as I know, ALL Colt Officers ACPs had the small diameter guide rod. But the early Para-Ordnance P12s used the same recoil system (right down to the reverse recoil spring plug with the small retainer tab on the bottom) except that Para used a standard diameter guide rod with a single recoil spring. Try ordering the recoil spring for a Para P12.45.
