    SF for KC

I sold my New Special Forces yesterday in preparation of my New Kobra Carry arriving this week. I am so excited. I really liked my original purchase of Special Forces but when I saw the NIB Kobra with the additional custom touches I wanted I had to buy it. If I could have afforded to keep them both I would have loved to but I currently have a heavily customized VEPR 12guage being built. The upside, we now have a new Ed Brown first time owner. This was the buyers first gun he said and he wanted to make sure he did it right. He also earned bragging rights for what I sold it to him for. It's great when both get a win win.

What "custom touches" will your new Kobra Carry have? After years of preferring and insisting on single sided frame safeties the last course (by Scott "Uncle Scotty" Reitz) I attended required very much left handed shooting and the lack of a right side safety put me at a severe disadvantage. A right side lever is in place on all three of my remaining modern M1911s.

Just a few simple add ons such as the flattened and ribbed slide, recessed slide, bare slide, carry cut, cut barrel. If I decide I want more than that I figure I can send it in but I think I will be happy with it. I have other build in the works I need cash for.
