Ordering my first semi custom 1911

I am placing an order for a T3 on Monday. Just thought I would share my excitement. Here are the specs of the build. Anything else you guys think I should have done?

    T3 Thin
    Stainless
    .45ACP
Slide in black nitride and then the flats of the slide buffed out.
    Top of slide serrated
    Rear of slide serrated
    Flush cut and crowned barrel
    Countersunk slide stop
    Everlast recoil spring
    Single side safety
    Heinie night sights

Any other custom options that they do that I am missing?

    Hello awdxtc

I have had a few with the slide the way you want it it looks very nice. So the main question is how far out is your build time?

It was just ordered yesterday so I have between 24-28 months which is good as it gives me time to save up for it.

Yes it is, they must be backed up but with only a handful of smiths and each one making one complete gun, one at a time I can understand how it would take a while.
