    Kerry King of Slayer

I was invited to cover the Mayhem Fest in Atlanta Ga for the music magazine I am working for. There were several bands preforming that I am a fan of so I took the offer. It was pretty hot and the photography pit was a bit crowded. It was a tough shoot but this is one of my favorites that I got from the show.

First, it was shooting, now it is photographing bands from zero distance, something tells me you will soon be deaf!!!!! Unless you are using your shooting ear-plugs during those concerts.

    Nice picture man!

Thank you John. I grew up listening to Slayer and was glad to have the chance to photograph them. Concert photography is very challenging.
I did have ear plugs in. I keep the same kind in my camera bag as I do my range bag.
