It mentions several powders that were tried, and bullet weights and the final velocity they achieved -- but there are no recipes. Nothing that would even be used as a starting point.
Reading about the "Super Cooper" makes me think that the guy who has been playing with what he calls the "357 Ring of Fire" is basically doing what Jeff Cooper already did, decades ago. There truly is nothing new under the sun.
