1991 SS Commander by Pete Single

Thought that I would share a few pictures of my custom Commander. Fine work by Pete Single. He does great machine work but as you can see that is not all that he can do. Enjoy the show.

After

Thanks for taking a look.

Sharing is good. Now send the pistol to me, to prove that you indeed like to share things!

LoL

Nice work. I could do without the polishing thing and the Heinies are not my favorite sights, but still lovely 1911.

Chuck,

Nice piece (and excellent photography). How does it shoot?

I have held Chuck's Commander in my hands. The detail work on the whole pistol is unbelievable. I have shot it. The smoothness is fantastic. I have shot guns built by John Jardine and some other top gun smiths. This work by Pete is as good as anything I've seen.
