Newest Sistema Rebuild Photo's

I needed another shooter with highly visable sights due to my "old" eyes so I decided to have another Sistema rebuilt.
1.) Nighthawk Match Barrel and bushing
Brownell parts I ordered.
2.) 487-201-001AB Kings grip safety

3.) 965-367-003AB Snag free sight 3 dot

4.) 087-867-000AB Series 70 blue BT grip safety

5.) 791-102-001AB Commander tool steel hammer

6.) new firing pin spring (old one broke during test firing.
BEFORE Photo:

AFTER Photo's: Ignore the grips they will be replaced.

Re: Newest Sistema Rebuild

To all who responded.
!.) I didn't do the rebuild it was done by a gunsmith out in Arizona
(he did a great job didn't he) I wil be happly to refer you to him if you wish.
2.) on my other rebuild I just couldn't see the front sight even with some yellow sight paint on it. I would lose the sight picture.
3. The new sights on this pistol are great and looks like it will solve my problem. I can't wait to shoot it.

I replaced the grips with the Rosewood and Black rubber grips that were on the pistol before the rebuild. Feels great.

Great, simple, no-nonsensical work! And with the dovetailed front sight you can have another go at it if you wish. Please let us know how it shoots.

Enjoy!

Congratulations. I prefer pistols that are meant for shooting as opposed to safe queens.
