Commercial 1911 Barrel Question
I have recently acquired a commercial 1911 made in 1916 and the barrel appears to be incorrect to the gun. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can find a correct barrel for my Colt? Thank you in advance.

what do you mean when u say incorrect to the gun? Isn'it the original one? It would be interesting to know more about the original markings.

The barrel that is on the pistol is a post WW2 GI replacement barrel.
