Does anyone make a 10mm conversion kit? I'd like to install one on a Norinco 1911 frame.

It's not a drop-in proposition. The frame feed ramp and ejector are different for the different calibers, so just switching the top end wouldn't work.

What about a .22 conversion for a Dan Wesson 1911 CBOB 10mm? Will a .45 auto 1911/.22 conversion unit work on a 10mm 1911? Only problem I can think of would be the length of the magazine in the 10mm.

The length of the magazine? "Length" in which direction? Single stack mags of all calibers should lock into all pistols.
The only problem with putting a .22 conversion on a 10mm (there are a lot of conversions, and a few 10mms, so check with the manufacturers of both), might be the thickness of the ejector, if the conversion is specifically for .45 frames.

I've got one. It is an Auto Ordnance Conversion kit that I bought at least 10 years ago. It is still new in the box, I've never installed it. I bought it to use on my Norinco 1911. I've just never got around to it.

Actually, when I bought it I didn't realize that I had to change the ejector on the frame. I'm not anything like an expert on guns, I just like to shoot. At the time I bought this the 10mm was the up and coming cartridge, and it was supposed to be as powerful as the .41 Magnum. That sounded good to me. I thought I'd have two top ends that I could just switch off as I felt like it.

The 10mm is a powerful cartridge, no doubt. It would be a popular cartridge, too, if the FBI had adopted it for duty use. I'm, also, a fan of the .41 magnum, which is another powerful cartridge that has been on the wane in popularity for sometime. I've owned two .41 mags and two 10mm autos. I still own one 10mm, a Glock model 20.
I own the Glock because it is the only gun that I know of that holds 15 rounds of a cartridge that exhibits near magnum power. It's also considerably lighter than my Dan Wesson Razorback was. I feel much more confident packing it on a stroll in the woods than my Colt Officer's Model due to the pistol's capacity and the power of the cartridge. Though, there is nothing wrong with the Colt...or my Norinco 1911, for that matter.
